Raue advises public sector clients on various issues pertaining to public transport services, including financing, sustainability issues and the support in procurement procedures regarding environmentally friendly road and rail vehicles. These topics are the main focus of Wolfram Hertel, who also has expertise in environmental and planning law. Hertel co-heads the group with tariff regulation expert Kornelius Kleinlein. The latter is experienced in advising airports, litigation as well as infrastructure projects.
