Heuking focuses on advising public sector clients, including transport associations, on all aspects of procurement law in connection with public transport projects, where the team is experienced in supporting large-scale projects in the road, rail and water transport sectors. Ute Jasper advises on these topics as well as on the sourcing of new rail vehicles; she is also well versed in the structuring of project financing.
