At Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah, the highly regarded banking and finance team is well known for its strength in advising international and domestic banks and financial institutions on a wide range of transactional matters. Key areas of instruction for the group include debt restructurings, insolvency cases, lending, project finance, derivatives and asset finance matters. Elsewhere, the department has a solid track record in handling the financing aspects of manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, natural resources and power projects, as well as trade, commodity and export financing mandates. The firm is also very experienced in working closely with international law firms on multi-jurisdictional matters. Seth Asante and Frank Nimako Akowuah co-head the practice.
