Fund and Islamic finance are the core pillars of Collas Crill‘s banking practice, which has also grown its practice in respect of family offices and other private wealth structures. The newly restructured Financial Services & Regulatory team is led by Wayne Atkinson, who handles a mixture of lender and borrower-side mandates. Simon Heggs and Ben Le Page are noted for their fund and real estate finance practices, while also increasingly advising on loans taken out by private wealth vehicles. Ian Petherbridge maintains a lender-side practice, advising on a wide range of facilities.
