Clyde & Co LLP handles standalone advisory work and regulatory matters associated with transactions in the sector for traditional financial services companies, as well as fintech entities. The scope of this work is wide-ranging, to include, inter alia, advice to foreign fintech companies on the relevant authorisation/licensing required to establish operations in Hong Kong and negotiating strategic alliance partnership agreements between financial institutions and technology counterparties.
