The practice is jointly led by transactional expert Szabolcs Mestyan, who brings expertise to acquisition finance, securitisation, derivatives and structured finance and asset management and non-performing loan (NPL) transactions; and John Fenemore, a specialist in real estate finance, margin lending and asset finance.
