Specialists in real estate and energy transactions, the banking, finance and capital markets team at Erdos • Partners advises domestic and multinational financial institutions and corporates on project finance, green financing and banking regulatory compliance and debt and equity capital markets matters. The team is jointly led by Luca Bokor, who brings expertise to renewable energy financing and refinancing projects, and firm managing partner Gabor Erdős, who brings expertise to capital markets transactions, including IPOs, private placements and tap issuances of regular and green bonds. Key support is provided by Mátyás Környei on regulatory matters. Zita Albert joined the practice in May 2024 from Cerha Hempel.
