The group consolidated its strong market position during 2023/24 with the hire of new department co-head Ronit Niederman, who joined from Barnea Jaffa Lande & Co. together with Maayan Berg; both are particularly noted for tender law. The department is additionally co-led by Alon Ziv, who fronts the banking and project finance groups, and David Magriso, whose practice focus spans infrastructure, project finance, tenders and real estate. Former department co-head Sharon Adler recently left the firm.
