Marc-Alexandre Courtejoie is a highly-regarded lending and structured finance expert; Andrea Limongelli is an experienced property and acquisition finance practitioner; and Carolina Caslini focuses on banking and structured finance. Renowned corporate finance specialist Andrea Novarese, as well as Tiziana Germinario and Francesco Pirisi, were all recruited from White & Case (Europe) LLP in May 2024. Stefano Motta left the firm in January 2025.
