Further to the May 2024 merger between Allen & Overy LLP and Shearman & Sterling, A&O Shearman's Italy practice has significant experience in financings that fuse banking with capital markets or structured finance aspects. The Italy banking group, which also comprises specialists in real estate, infrastructure and energy financing deals, is led by Stefano Sennhauser, a renowned expert in acquisition, real estate and structured finance, as well as corporate loans and debt restructuring.
