It also advises on private equity-related investment management, financial institutions regulation, and tax. The team is co-led by private equity specialist Gianni Martoglia and M&A expert Andrea Giardino. The practice further includes highly-rated civil and commercial law practitioner Carlo Pavesi; M&A, capital markets and corporate law practitioner Franco Barucci; and Silvia Palazzetti, an adviser on corporate law in the private and public sectors.
