Following its creation by merger at the start of 2024, PedersoliGattai regularly advises both sides of real estate investment transactions, with investors, asset managers, real estate companies and developers as clients. The firm is experienced in a wide range of asset classes, including residential, commercial, logistics and mixed-use. The team is led by Andrea Francesco Castelli, who assists large private equity and institutional investors. Federica Baccigalupi is a notable member of the team with a large amount of corporate and commercial law experience.
