The crisis management and compliance team at City-Yuwa Partners advises on the interpretation of laws and regulations, in-house training, whistleblowing systems, and risk analysis and response-related matters. Team leader Michio Masaki has been involved in several investigations and trials of economic crimes, including cases involving violations of the Commercial Code. Another notable member is Kentaro Sadahiro, who specialises in legal consultations, investigations, and negotiations with investigative authorities in all areas of economic crime.
