Walkers is the firm of choice for a number of US asset managers undertaking transactions with a Jersey aspect, with the practice overseeing a range of transaction types including M&A, take-privates, and post-transaction structuring and regulatory matters. The team is led by Jonathan Heaney, a specialist in deals centred on regulated financial services businesses and real estate acquisitions.
