Acting for a variety of Jersey-domiciled funds, Carey Olsen assists clients with formation and fundraising processes, and advises on the closing of fund structures. Robert Milner, whose clients range from boutique managers to international funds, and who has experience in the setup of Jersey vehicles, leads the team alongside James Mulholland, a specialist in advising private equity and real estate funds. Daniel O’Connor brings additional expertise in the launch, structuring, and winding up of real estate vehicles, while Christopher Griffin is a key contact regarding the regulatory aspects of fund launches and transactions, including joint ventures. Claire Le Quesne, who was made partner in July 2023, acts for a range of listed and non-listed funds on structuring and restructuring matters.
