New York’s Wade Angus has over 25 years' experience in mid-cap and bulge-bracket M&A, private equity, joint ventures and restructuring transactions in Latin America, including advising Sanofi on the sale of 11 Dermacyd line products in Brazil and 13 Lactacyd line products in Mexico, Peru, and Argentina to Grupo NC.
