VILGERTS‘s real estate and construction team is involved in a range of matters across the market, working on development projects, commercial lease issues, and disputes, acting as a collateral agent, and handling M&A-related real estate advisory work. The team is led by Gints Vilgerts, whose practice focuses on all aspects of M&A, real estate, and complex commercial dispute cases. Alongside this work, he has guest lectured at the Riga Graduate School of Law and the Rigs Business School.
