Acting alongside Nik Yeo for the claimant, Aaron Taylor was recently involved in Tai Mo Shan Limited v Oazo Apps Limited which dealt with proceedings to recover a large pool of cryptoassets which were stolen by a hacker - the pair obtained an injunction which secured the pool of cryptoassets which the hacker had deposited with an algorithmic trading platform.
