The team is headed by Ben Forgiel-Jenkins whose practice covers a range of international transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, equity issuances in addition to international reorganisations. Promoted to the partnership in May 2024, Anna Lewis frequently advises on reorganization planning and implementation projects. With experience in corporate, commercial and tax, Clare McLaren is well-versed in business transfers, mergers, distributions, and capital reductions.
