Practice head Emma Danks has expertise in various types of cross-border transactions, including private equity-driven work. Noted for his life sciences focus, Andrew Edge concentrates on public and private M&A, IPOs, and private financing. Real estate specialist Michael Goldberg handles high-value transactions on behalf of banks and retail groups, while Mark Barron focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions for US and Canadian businesses. Edward Chapman, who was promoted to partner in May 2023 along with Paul Thorpe, specialises in M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.
