- Defending Anis El-Mariesh and Stephen Garbett against a £9m-plus claim brought by Decision Inc Holdings for breach of warranty.
- Defended a broker of aircraft parts (and its sole shareholder and director) against civil claims, which were brought by General Electric and others (arising out of the defendants’ alleged passing off of aircraft engine parts as branded parts).
