- Advised over 80 clients in relation to the cost budgeting issues arising from litigation following the terrorist attacks which took place in Tunisia in June 2015, resulting in the approval of a costs budget of over £8m.
- Representing a client in a novel costs claim including arguments relating to a success fee in excess of the fixed regime, resulting from exposure to asbestos following the September 11th attacks on the World Trade Centre.
- Represented over 200 clients in a large group action for injuries suffered as a result of industrial diseases contracted whilst working for British Steel.
