Experienced in investor-state arbitration, Stewarts Law LLP‘s ’public international law’s team comprises experienced and fantastic attorneys’. The nine-strong group features Sherina Petit, a November 2023 recruit from Norton Rose Fulbright, whose practice encompasses international commercial arbitration and investor-state arbitration; Alejandro Garcia, who leads the firm’s investor-state arbitration practice; and Africa and Middle East expert Daniel Wilmot, who acts in oil, gas and technology sector-related disputes. The department also includes Ilyas Bulut, who assists with complex disputes comprising international elements; commercial disputes lawyer Natalie Osafo; and Marco Piccolo, who focuses on investor-state arbitration.
