The non-contentious pensions team at Osborne Clarke LLP works with a number of high-profile clients, advising on a range of high-value schemes with particular expertise in corporate restructuring and insolvency work, scheme buy-ins and buy-outs, public sector pensions issues, and data protection and cybersecurity mandates. Jonathan Hazlett leads the national pensions team from Bristol, and is well regarded for his work relating to the Pension Protection Fund and restructuring and insolvency issues.
