DLA Piper’s pensions team provides advice across multiple jurisdictions and practice areas, acting for trustees and employers on a range of issues relating to DB and DC schemes. The team is led by both Matthew Swynnerton and Amrit Mclean; Swynnerton leads the core pensions team, providing ‘excellent’ advice to multi-jurisdictional large sector clients, and Mclean leads the de-risking team and is a key contact for insurer clients.
