The innovation department at Mishcon de Reya LLP integrates partners from its corporate, IP, finance, tax, employment, immigration and regulatory practices, who work alongside data protection, cyber security and data science experts to advise a diverse roster of clients. The team is led by IP litigation expert Jeremy Hertzog, whose typical remit includes IP protection and enforcement, trade marks, patents, and licence disputes; he is also experienced in multijurisdictional litigation. Lewis Cohen specialises in transactional IP, while Adam Rose heads the team’s data group, advising on data protection, data security and freedom of information law.
