- Representing RK, who suffered an above the knee amputation and other serious injuries when she was knocked over by a drugged driver. Liability was secured, a specialist case manager appointed and rehab and support put in place.
- Acted on behalf of 23 migrant workers from Nepal and Bangladesh, and the representative of a deceased worker, who worked at factory facilities in Malaysia operated by ATA IMS Sdn Bhd and its subsidiaries (the “ATA Companies”) at various periods between 2012 and 2022.
- Represented Hannah Fletcher, who was diagnosed mesothelioma at the age of 41. She was exposed to asbestos in talcum powder, initially by playing with her mother’s powder puff and her mother applying the powder, then when she was older, using cosmetics contaminated with asbestos. Hannah sued Estee Lauder, Clinique and Avon.
