The transaction which completed in February 2023 involved the acquisition of upstream offshore assets in the of Namibia, structured as an inter-conditional share purchase and asset purchase from two separate sellers.
- Advised LetterOne, an international investment firm, on its transfer (together with the other shareholder, BASF) of Wintershall Dea’s non Russia-related upstream business to London-listed Harbour Energy plc, the UK's largest oil and gas producer, by way of a reverse public takeover.
