Vassiliyan Zanev, who co-heads the overarching team alongside Nicolas, is best-known for his market-leading fund finance offering, work which he combines with a thriving securitisation practice. Of the more junior partners, Noemi Gemesi provides 'clear and effective' advice to issuers and underwriters on DCM and ECM work (including as it relates to green notes), and the 'commercially minded' Adrien Pierre has 'deep technical knowledge of banking regulation', and can flex this across the investment fund and securities industries.
