The 'highly responsive' team at NautaDutilh provides 'cost-effective advice' to lenders, funds and corporates across a wide range of banking, capital markets and structured finance matters. As well as its skill in providing a one-stop-shop service to clients on Benelux deals (by virtue of its offices in Belgium and the Netherlands), the firm is also regularly engaged by clients in the UK and US on matters with a nexus to Luxembourg by virtue of permanent Luxembourg desks in both London and New York. Josée Weydert heads up the team that also includes Sara Gerling, who provides 'solutions-oriented' advice to stakeholders across a range of structured finance and securitisation matters.
