Given the firm's overarching asset management strength, it is perhaps unsurprising that a good deal of financing work handled by Dechert Luxembourg relates to funds matters, whether it be for their operational needs or downstream investment work, as well as increasingly for credit funds as lenders. Jean-Louis Frognet is key to much of this and also handles a significant volume of securitisation mandates. Laura Rossi co-heads the team alongside Frognet and has more of regulatory bent to her practice.
