Maintaining its upward trajectory, Christopher & Lee Ong leverages its membership of the Rajah & Tann Asia network to advise a mix of national and foreign financial institutions and conglomerates. The group is experienced across the gamut of banking and finance matters, ranging from syndicated lending and Islamic finance to securitisation. Fiona Sequerah leads the practice and demonstrates skill in local and offshore bilateral and syndicated credit facilities, Islamic financing instruments and aviation finance. Chor Jack assists developers and sponsors on the financing required to fund large-scale solar projects, while Teo Siang Ly’s workload includes loan documentation, compliance matters and security documents.
