Maintaining its upward trajectory, Christopher & Lee Ong counts leading banks and Malaysian public listed companies among its roster of clients. The group frequently undertakes work relating to IPOs, reverse takeovers on the Main Market, the issuance of convertible and exchangeable bonds, and the restructuring of debt arrangements. The team is jointly led by Yon See Ting, who draws on her experience as a member of Bursa Securities’ Market Participants Committee to advise on debt and securities offerings, and Annette Soh, who is proficient in equity capital markets. Justin Chua is recommended for his know-how in relation to Rule 144A/Reg S listings, private placements and rights issues.
