Additional pillars of practice include advising on the restructuring of sovereign debt, and the provision of transactional advice – covering leveraged buyouts, distressed M&A, corporate break-ups and spin-offs, divestitures and distressed financing. Monterrey-based Eugenio Sepúlveda co-leads the team from the Monterrey office and handles banking, M&A, project finance, and restructuring mandates.
