A recent work highlight saw the group assist FEMSA with its acquisition of 100% of the capital stock of payment-solutions provider Net Pay. Leadership of the practice is shared between José Visoso and Ignacio Pesqueira. Visoso focuses his practice on M&A, financings and real estate projects and also co-leads the firm’s private equity group; Pesqueira also majors on M&A, along with private equity, real estate and general corporate matters. Christian Lippert specialises in M&A transactions, antitrust and compliance mandates; Héctor Kuri has a particular focus on M&A transactions involving the mining segment; and Ricardo García takes care of TMT, technology and e-commerce transactions. Raised to the partnership in early 2024,  Florent Patoret 's corporate and transactional practice has a strong orientation towards the mining sector.
