Under the guidance of Netherlands Head of Finance Niels de Ru, A&O Shearman places a strong emphasis on buy-to-let and residential mortgage securitisations and other consumer finance products, including auto loans. The firm also acts for banks on the issuance of covered bonds programs, an area of focus for Tom Reutelingsperger, and assists them in their capacity as arrangers for a variety of structured finance offerings.
