Loyens & Loeff‘s finance practice oversees the arrangement of a number of loan structures, advising private equity borrowers on acquisition finance, while supporting real estate and other funds on fund financing mandates. Practice head Kim Koops is a key contact for real estate lending matters and is also able to assist with restructuring matters.
