Financial litigation cases are led by William Schonewille, who acts for investors, consumers and financial institutions. Martijn van Maanen splits his time between corporate and commercial litigation, assisting with private enforcement, fraud and directors' liability cases. Litigation and arbitration matters are handled by Rieme-Jan Tjittes, a Supreme Court litigator and appointed substitute Justice in the Netherlands Commercial Court.
