Loyens & Loeff’s energy and infrastructure team has a solid track record in advising energy companies and investors on high-value energy and infrastructure transactions, as well as energy regulatory issues. Roland de Vlam leads the regulatory group, and regularly acts for distribution service operators in regulatory disputes. Jan-Willem van Rooij heads the transactional group, and brings extensive experience in advising energy companies on M&A, investments, and project development mandates, often involving green and conventional fuels and electricity infrastructure work.
