Houthoff‘s Amsterdam and Rotterdam-based project finance team is led by Jessica Terpstra who is based in London but spends a large portion of her time in the Netherlands leading on financing and refinancing matters for infrastructure investments. The team advises lenders and sponsors on green energy and renewable projects and is also well-versed in advising on transport infrastructure financing. Michel Klijn resides in Rotterdam and excels in advising on construction projects and PPP.
