With a particular focus on the agribusiness sector, the team specialises in acquisitions of both companies and real estate intended for development projects. José Antonio Moreno Rodríguez leads the team, alongside counsel Larissa Lacout Podestá, who advises key players in the market on expansion, the establishment of operations and complex M&A.
