The real estate department at Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uria was further strengthened by the arrival of new team members from CMS Grau in July 2023: Raúl Ravina is an expert in land reclamation initiatives for investment projects; Juan Pulgar-Vidal focuses on land title investigations; and Roberth Rojas is a specialist in the physical regulation of land for extractive industry investment projects. Manuel Ugarte, who leads the team alongside Ravina, concentrates on complex acquisitions of real estate, often in the hotel and residential sectors. Senior associate Aouda Del Castillo handles due diligence reviews, while principal associate Luis Aliaga advises on registration orders and urban regulation matters. Other core workflows for the department include mining and environmental permits, contract negotiations and real estate finance.
