The team at act BSWW legal & tax handles construction projects ranging from commercial to industrial and infrastructural, for domestic and international clients across several industries, including real estate and energy. The group provides comprehensive coverage, assisting permitting, procurement, negotiation, arbitration, litigation, in addition to contractual agreements related to execution and performance, infrastructure delivery and the provision of performance bonds. The team is co-led by Marek Wojnar, who consults on infrastructure projects, in addition to representing clients in disputes; and Michał Wielhorski, who advises on construction works agreements, and who handles related litigation and arbitration.
