CMS is choice dispute resolution counsel for a number of major global companies that have involvement in some of Romania’s key industries. The practice has a robust arbitration offering for international and domestic cases, and is also experienced in litigation at all levels of court in Romania. Horia Draghici leads the practice and focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration, tax and employment disputes. For contentious regulatory matters, Cristina Popescu is the name to note, while standout support is provided by Andrei Cristescu. Anna Morogai departed the firm for an in-house role in July 2024.
