Dentons' coverage of dispute resolution extends to include all aspects of litigation work, including strategic constitutional and EU law litigation. In recent years, the team expanded its offering in litigation through its added specialisms in criminal litigation and defence capabilities alongside their commercial litigation offering. Managing partner Peter Kubina heads the litigation department and has advised on a wide variety of disputes, as well as acting as arbitrator in domestic and international arbitrations. Juraj Gyárfáš represents clients in disputes before the Slovak Supreme and Constitutional courts, and Stanislav Ďurica advises clients in a range of litigations and arbitrations.
