Cripps devotes much of its focus to growing areas of artificial intelligence, data protection, adtech, fintech, healthtech and technology-related M&A. The team received praise for its ‘excellent knowledge and understanding’ and is headed up by Pete Kenyon who focuses on commercial software and online business issues. Matthew Holman joined the team from EMW Law LLP in 2024; Holman is a key name for privacy and information rights, AI law, governance and regulation, GDPR and international data transfers and data governance, among others. Kathryn Rogers is another important point of contact within the department.
