Méndez has extensive experience in public M&A, ECM transactions, and corporate governance. On the ECM front, the team is adept in listings on the Spanish Stock Exchange and BME Growth, accelerated book-built offerings and private placements. Key support is provided by Javier Gómez, the firm’s resident partner in New York, who assists with securities offerings and corporate governance.
