Gernandt & Danielsson Advokatbyrå’s capital markets team has a strong track record handling both debt and equity transactions, including IPOs, ABBs, and private placements on the ECM side, and green and corporate bond issuances on the debt side. Recent highlights for the group include advising discount retailer Rusta AB in connection with its IPO on Nasdaq Stockholm.
