- Representing SEB in a landmark case regarding damages claim from the Swedish Pensions Agency (the SPA). The SPA’s claim is based on SEB’s alleged liability as depositary for three investment funds concerning derivatives trades in 2012, and the SPA is bringing the claim in its capacity as unitholder in the investment funds on behalf of Swedish pension savers.
