Niederer Kraft Frey AG manages the full scope of TMT-related issues, spanning outsourcing, intellectual property and data privacy. The team is particularly active in advising on IT-related transactions such as share and asset deals or private equity financings. Moreover, the team has assisted many clients with the implementation and compliance review of the revised Swiss Data Protection Act and regularly advises on data protection matters.
